PARK RULES & REGULATIONS

• Park is open from Dawn to Dusk

• No littering or dumping allowed. Picnic areas must be clean and orderly after use.

• Fires may be built only in grills or fireplaces and must be attended at all times and must be extinguished prior to leaving.

• Dogs and cats must be on a short leash and must not foul public areas. Clean up is the owner’s responsibility.

• Motor vehicles must remain on designated roads or in parking lots. No parking or driving on grass is permitted.

• Beer, alcohol, and drug abuse are prohibited.

• Firearms, fireworks or explosives of any kind are prohibited.

• Sales or solicitation or placement of signs within parks requires permission from the Park Manager.

• Shelters, courts and playgrounds equipment are available on a first-come basis unless previously reserved.

• No swimming or diving allowed.

The Geneva Township Park Commission reserves the right to deny use of the Township Facilities to any Group, Organization or Individuals, who fail to comply with the Rules and Regulations as set forth by the Board of Trustees. It is understood that the Group, Organization or Individuals using the Park will comply with all applicable State and Local Laws as well.
